Why doing it alone almost never works
You log on to the weekly call. Some people are on video, some are not — both are fine. There's usually a little chatting before we begin.
We open with a check-in. Each person briefly shares what kind of support they could use that week — could be specific (a presentation, a doctor's appointment, busy schedule with kiddos) or vague (just tired, kind of off, can't put a finger on it). No need to perform or have a clean answer.
Then I build the meditation around what's in the room.
Every session has the same backbone: breathwork, grounding, Reiki. Beyond that, what we do depends on who showed up and what they brought. Sometimes there's imagery. Sometimes there's silence. Sometimes there's something specific I offer to one person and the rest of the group gets to witness.
It's a group meditation that's actually responsive to the group.

What if I'm new to meditation?

You're who this is for. I guide every session — you don't need to have any technique, posture, or breath thing already figured out. Show up, follow along, that's the whole job.
What if I can't make it one week?

It happens. The practice isn't about never missing — it's about always coming back. If you miss a session, you come to the next one.
Will sessions be recorded?

No. Part of what makes this work is that it's live and responsive — the meditations are built around the people in the room that day. Recording it would turn it into something different.
